Purchasing online carries the responsibility of knowing what you are ordering, proper fitment to the application, care of the product and packaging in case a return is needed, and realizing installations can range from simple to having to hire an experienced motorcycle shop for installation. **Unless stated in the product description, all Products including but not limited to LED lights, headlights, angel eyes, bulbs, turn signals, brake lights, or light bars are NOT DOT approved and are sold for show and off road use only.**

It is important for you the customer to read the following sales policy because it includes IMPORTANT information concerning use of our products, purchasing our products and product return. Each sale transaction implies that the customer has read and accepted XDC’s policy which follows:

Detailed information is provided for each product that we sell. Since legal municipal codes vary concerning the use of some of our products, our recommendation is to check local legal codes prior to purchase. By purchasing our products, the customer assumes all responsibility for obtaining and complying with legal requirements and releases XDC from all liability concerning the use of our products. Purchasing any product from XDC is evidence of complied consent to this policy.



We ship all listed items to all lower states within the continental US. Method of shipping varies depending on the item, but 90% of the shipments will be usps priority mail or UPS ground. Delivery times for most orders within the continental USA is within 4-6 business days. International, HI, AK, Canada, Europe, Asia, Africa, Mexico and other countries will ship USPS Priority or global priority. Overnight or next day shipping is currently unavailable.

All products have warranties and most will be stated in the listing. We recommend that all electrical components are tested within the 1st week of delivery. If there is a defective item received and we are notified within this time frame, XD Cycle will cover all shipping costs to replace or repair the item. After 10 days from your delivered date anything that is non working will be covered under warranty for the length of time the item is warrantied. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to get the non working product back to us. Once delivered back, XD Cycle will replace or repair the non working or damaged product. All returns must have an RA#. Be sure to get that RA # before returning back anything. Obtain an return authorization # by sending us an email.

Any product sent back for warranty that is not defective as stated will be charged a $15 fee before we ship back the part back to you. We encourage you to troubleshoot and contact us to help resolve the issue before sending in for repair. Many times a part is sent in for repair and works as it should after we test it. So it is important that you know exactly how to test and troubleshoot the part properly before sending in for warranty repair.



There may be a very small percentage of products that will have a small style update from the image shown for a product listing. We improve products designs for certain products when applicable. These changes will not effect the product function but only minimally change the look or installation.



To express XD Cycle’s commitment to excellence, we provide a refund of the purchase price minus a restock fee of 10-20% of our products within 21 days of the date of delivery. Refunds will be refused if credible evidence shows that a product has been damaged or used an any way. We only accept back new in box products for refund.

A Return Authorization Numbers (RA number) is required for all returns and must be obtained before a refund or exchange is granted. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the return packaging and is obtained by email. All original packaging material and instructions must be included with the return and in good condition. There are no exceptions to this policy.
