Communication with XD-Cycle was excellent. They kept me up-to-date with my custom order throughout the process of the build. They were also available for post-sales support during installation process. One month in, and I'm still loving the new lights. They definitely turn heads everywhere I ride. Most importantly, I can see much better at night, which is one of the biggest safety concerns with the weak stock headlights.
