Do I pay any sales tax with my purchase?

All California residents will pay 7.25% sales tax. No other locations are subject to sales tax at this time.

"ACCESSORIES FAQ's"

Are all of the accessories that you sell "brand new"?

Yes, we only sell brand new in box merchandise. No used or second hand merchandise is sold at XDC.

How long before I receive my order?

It will take approximately 3 to 6 business days (USA) to receive depending on what was ordered. Clear Alternative lighting is usually the quickest shipping at 4-5 business days and ST Machine accessories usually takes 4-8 business days to receive. All merchandise ships as quickly as possible and most items ship within 48 hours of the payment date, excluding weekends and holidays. Very few items may have a "back order" status that could delay shipment. If an item was purchased that is on a back order status, you would be notified status via email or a phone call. 

Can I upgrade to a faster shipping option, like overnight shipping?

No, the only shipping methods available are described in the description of the item.

Are these accessories kept in stock?

Most of our merchandise is kept out our warehouse in Roseville, Ca. Whatever is not in stock is usually stocked at the manufacturer our supplier that ships merchandise directly to the customer.

Are there returns or exchanges?

Yes, for accessories that are purchased, there is a 30 day timeframe from the purchase date to return the item. Please see the details of "returns and exchanges" in our ordering policy.

Do you guys charge a restocking fee on returns like many other companies?

No, we feel it is not fair to the customer to have to pay these ridiculous fees on returns. However, we only accept returns and exchanges if the item is unused and still new. There can be exceptions to this rule, but only on a case by case basis.

I received my accessory but it is damaged or does not work properly, what can I do?

Contact us immediately to resolve this issue. We will try to help with diagnosing a problem with the item. If it cannot be resolved this way, then XDC will contact the manufacturer to have the situation resolved. In some cases, the item that is not functioning will need to be return to XDC or the manufacturer. The customer will be reimbursed for "basic" shipping costs of the return. Once the item is received, we will then have the item repaired properly or send out a new item to the customer in a timely manner.

Are these accessories legal to use?

XDC's policy on this is to simply check your local law enforcement agency for details. Many states can vary on what is and is not allowed.

Are there warranties on these accessories?

Most items that we sell are warranted from the manufacturer. Most items have warranties from 90 days to a lifetime warranty. Please inquire for specific warranties if not specified in the item description.

"Fairings FAQ's"

Do you sell factory OEM bodywork?

Yes, we only sell brand new factory OEM fairings and parts. Exactly the same as what you would get at your local dealer, just not dealer prices.

Do you sell used or damaged parts?

No, all parts are brand new in box.

Are these fairings kept in stock?

No, with all fairing purchases that we receive, the orders are then placed with the manufacturer. We usually receive and ship the fairing(s) within 3-7 business days after the purchase date. Allow 2-3 weeks or less from the purchase date to receive.

Do these fairings come with any hardware such as bolts, screws, or washers?

No, only the fairing or item being sold.

Are there returns on fairings?

No, all sales are final, but if there is a mistake in your order from us or the item is damaged, then we will exchange the item for a new one. Shipping charges would be reimbursed to the shipper.

How long does it take to receive my fairing?

2-3 weeks or less, unless there is a "back-order" status from the manufacturer. In this rare case, it could take longer.

Do you ship over seas or Canada?

No, but exceptions can be made for Canada or P.R. Inquire within.

Do you sell other "factory" items besides fairings?

Yes, we do sell other new factory parts, but not every part. Inquire within. 

What if there is a part that is on a "Back Order" status with my local dealer, will you have it?

No, if your local dealer cannot get a certain item from the manufacturer than neither can we. Until the manufacturer catches up to the current demand of a fairing than we would need to wait until it becomes available.
